Notice under The Local Authorities
(Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information)
(England) Regulations 2012

On 14 January 2025 the County
Council intends to hold a meeting of Lead
Member for Resources and Climate Change where the following
item will be considered: Pacific House,
Eastbourne. It is likely that the meeting will move into
private session to consider this item.
The reason for this is that the
report and its appendices are likely to be exempt from publication
in accordance with 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972 (as amended); namely Information relating to
the financial or business affairs of any particular person
(including the authority holding that information).
A
final decision on whether this item will be determined in private
will be taken during the Meeting.
Under Regulation 5(5) of The Local
Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to
Information) (England) Regulations 2012, the Council is required to
publish details of any representations received as to why the
meeting should be open to the public and a statement in response to
any such representations.
There were no representations
received about why the meeting should be open to the
public.
